Non diet nutrition takes a holistic view of health and does not include meal plans or weight loss goals. We will not be counting calories, macros or anything else!

    I will work with you to develop a highly personalised plan to achieve your goals and provide the tools and support needed to implement them for long lasting change.

    Nutrition coaching does not include diagnosing conditions, ordering or interpreting lab results or prescribing treatment. Nutrition coaching does not replace medical advice or therapy. I will refer to other professionals if required.

  • For clients who have completed the initial 12 week Thrive programme, I do offer ongoing and one-off sessions as needed.

    To be agreed separately on completion of your initial programme.

  • Sessions will be online, using Zoom or Google Meet.
